Both of Vassily Ivanchuk and Alexander Grischuk have been close to elimination at some stage in the World Cup, but one of them will definitely make the final to meet the winner of the other match between Peter Svidler and Ruslan Ponomariov. So two Russians and two Ukrainians will battle it out for the title.
